We're in week 34. That's dangerously close to 40. This is getting real, people.
Vital stats at week 34:
Little c weighs about 5 pounds now. Dr. B predicts the final weight will between 7.5 and 8 pounds on D-day. Sounds like the perfect size for a baby to me.
The heart rate was jumping around in the 140's. We'll likely keep dropping until delivery time.
The mommy has gained 33 pounds. I am carrying around the equivalent of 3 eleven pound bowling balls or 11 three pound cantaloupes. That's pretty sophisticated math for the pregnant brain.
In other news, we sent Lyle the "mom brown" (I guess I can officially take offense at that description now) Altima off to greener pastures and brought home Daisy, a blizzard pearl Toyota Highlander. She's purty. And she's tall. And she is full of curtain-style airbags and other safety features to keep the little c safe. And that's a good thing.
